What we collect in sandbox
- The email and password you use to create access
- A legal name you provide for same-name payout tests
- Operational records of sandbox purchases, sales and payouts
Live identity documents are not collected. Do not send passports, bank statements or payment cards through this application.
Why
To operate the account you asked for and to keep an audit trail of sandbox financial tests. GXLD’s internal ledger is an operational record, not legal title.
How long
Sandbox records are retained while they support outstanding rights or an open case. We do not invent a universal retention period.
