Ownership

Evidence, not inference.

A payment, a quote and a settled holding are different records. Grams you can see are not, by themselves, a named bar.

A gold bar set into a recess in the stone, a place for it, not a named bar

Pending and settled

A purchase can be funded and still pending. Pending means the title evidence is not recorded yet. Only settled available grams can be reserved for a sale. Reserved gold stays yours until the disposal. Restricted gold stays yours and cannot be sold while the restriction lasts.

What GXLD records

The internal ledger is GXLD’s operational record. It does not establish legal title. Settled customer ownership requires the evidence defined by the approved external arrangement.

What you can sell

Only settled available grams can be reserved. Reserved gold remains owned until the approved disposal event. A payout return restores the cash claim. It does not buy the gold back.
