How it works

Selling

A binding quote, settlement, and the difference between value and money received.

A gold bar released toward an open doorway, leaving, not a payout confirmation

03

Selling turns available gold into a cash claim, then, if the payout completes, into money sent to the beneficiary.

Availability

The application can offer a sale only for settled grams that are available. Reserved and restricted grams are not available for a second instruction.

The quote you can accept

A binding quote states the executable price, the fee and the net amount, and it expires. An estimate shown earlier on the holding is not that quote. Live selling is closed. Illustrative sandbox quotes are labelled and are not a tariff.

Settlement and payout

After execution, settlement records the disposal of the gold and the cash claim. The payout is a further step, to a beneficiary in the same name. Confirmed payment is the payout completing, not the estimate and not the quote alone.

If it comes back

A returned payout puts the cash claim back. It does not restore the gold. Read Selling and payouts for the practical version of that case.
