The account is the control point for purchases, sales and payout destinations.
Sign-in
Customer and staff access are separate. The session cookie is host-scoped and not readable by page scripts. Passkeys are not part of the current sign-in. Do not treat a promised “step-up” as active until the application offers it.
Beneficiary changes
A payout goes to a same-name beneficiary recorded on the account. Changing it is a distinct action from selling gold. If you did not request a change, sign in, check the account, and write to info@gxld.com. Do not send identity documents or card numbers in that email.
Reserved and restricted gold
Gold can be reserved because a sale is in progress. It can be restricted because a review is open. In both cases it remains a holding until an authorised outcome says otherwise. A restriction does not transfer it to GXLD.
