The public site explains the product. Buying happens in the GXLD application, and only when that journey is actually open.
Before a purchase
You need an account, a way to sign in, and the eligibility check the application asks for. In the current sandbox that check is synthetic. Live identity documents are not collected, and you should not send a passport or a bank statement to info@gxld.com.
Live buying is closed. A page on this website cannot open it.
What “ready” does not mean
An account, a name and a successful sign-in do not create a gold balance. Money received for a purchase is also not gold. Settled grams appear only after the title evidence required for that purchase.
If something is still pending
A payment, an order or an ownership confirmation can stay pending because those are different facts. While a case is open you can read your activity, keep the same sign-in, and write to info@gxld.com. Do not start a second purchase to “replace” one that is still unresolved.
